When we hear the word “typical”, faceless multi-storey panels, economy class repairs, identical furniture in apartments pop up in our head. In fact, “typical" means exemplary. This is a project thought out in detail, which is repeated and replicated.
Why is this necessary?
FIRST OF ALL, our practice shows that it saves a lot of time. With an individual project, the client often goes into long thoughts, which can last more than one month or even a year.
SECONDLY, it significantly reduces the cost of the project, and therefore saves the consumer money. Creating a project from scratch is no longer required, except to make small changes. The technology has already been debugged, all processes have been repeatedly passed. An individual project costs 30-40% more per square than a typical one.
Third, a typical project allows you to take everything into account and avoid possible mistakes, because the project has already been tested many times in life!
FOURTH, you immediately know the price of the project. In the case of an individual project, it is impossible to give a turnkey price at the stage of concluding a contract.
There is a wide range of solutions in the standard line that will suit the needs of each customer. These are one-storey and two-storey houses, barn styles, high-tech, half-timbered and completely different areas - from 14 to 190 sq. m. meters. In our typical houses from one to 6 bedrooms, up to three bathrooms, a sauna, balconies and terraces can be provided.
We prefer standard houses, but we undertake an order of any complexity. The choice is yours alone!
