The project has 4 layout options, each of which has everything you need for living outside the city: a kitchen-living room with access to an outdoor terrace, 3 or 4 rooms, depending on the chosen layout, from 2 to 4 bathrooms. One of the layouts provides a steam room with a shower and a relaxation room.
It is possible to change the layout and color of the facade, taking into account your wishes.
